Salesforce offers free AI workshops, courses, and certifications until Dec 31, 2025

Starting September 23, 2024, Salesforce is offering free certification exams for the AI Associate and AI Specialist through December 31, 2025. This initiative aims to help professionals upskill in AI and take advantage of Salesforce’s AI tools.

Key Details:

• Free Exams: AI Associate and AI Specialist certification exams are free during the offer period.
• Refunds: If you registered for an exam after September 23, 2024, you are eligible for a refund based on your payment method, including full refunds for credit card payments.
• Retakes: Retakes aren’t free. The AI Associate retake will cost $50, while the AI Specialist will remain $100.
• Training Resources: Free self-paced learning resources, including Trailmix and Cert Prep modules, are available. A 3-day instructor-led course for AI Specialist will launch in late 2024.
